Welcome to the SC3 ABRF R Workshop. This 4-hour course is designed to take you through the fundamentals of R in a core facility context.

Schedule

  • 35 minutes: Module 1 - The Modern R Ecosystem & Project Sandbox
  • 35 minutes: Module 2 - R Syntax & Core Data Structures
  • 50 minutes: Module 3 - Core Admin - Wrangling & Visualizing iLab Revenue
  • 45 minutes: Module 4 - Core Operations - Instrument QA/QC & Analytics

Prerequisites

Please ensure you have the following installed before we begin: 1. R (version 4.2.0 or higher) 2. Positron 3. The tidyverse package

You can install the required packages by running the following in your R console:

install.packages("tidyverse")
